Protein muffins with banana and almonds
Recipe:

| 4 | Egg whites | |||||||
| 1 | Plain low fat white yogurt (I used ProBia) | |||||||
| 3/4 cup | Oats meal | |||||||
| 2 scoops | Protein powder (I used Hypro 85, white chocolate) | |||||||
| 12-14 packets | Stevia (or 1/2 cup sweetener of choice) | |||||||
| 1/2 tsp | Baking powder | |||||||
| 1 tsp | Baking soda | |||||||
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
Almonds
Method:
The estimated total time to make this recipe is 25-30 Minutes.
1. step
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, or paper cups.
2. step
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (or food processor), and blend until mixture is smooth.
3. step
Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins.
4. step
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
