Protein muffins with banana and almonds
|1||Plain low fat white yogurt (I used ProBia)|
|3/4 cup||Oats meal|
|2 scoops||Protein powder (I used Hypro 85, white chocolate)|
|12-14 packets||Stevia (or 1/2 cup sweetener of choice)|
|1/2 tsp||Baking powder|
|1 tsp||Baking soda|
The estimated total time to make this recipe is 25-30 Minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, or paper cups.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (or food processor), and blend until mixture is smooth.
Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
