The sexiest workout by Michael Olajide and Doutzen Kroes - LEGS

Victoria's Secret Angel Doutzen Kroes and Supermodel trainer Michael Olajide will help you get your sexiest legs ever. This customized fitness routine features some of Olajide's best runway-readying moves.


HERE IS IT:

WARM UP - run/knees up - 1 - 2mins

CALF  RAISE /ANKLE TOUCH - 3 intervals - 1 - 2mins (each)
LUNGE - 2 sets 5 - 10 reps on each leg, with small dumbbell - 3 int. 30 - 60s  on each leg
REVERSE LUNGE - 2 sets - 5 - 10 reps on each leg + mini lunge
SIDE LUNGE - 3 sets - 5 -10 reps 
= ALL TOGETHER - 3 int. - 60s
