ALTERNATING MEDICINE BALL PUSH UP - 3 - 4 int. x 3 reps (each)
TRICEPS DIPS - 3 int. x 30 s
TRIPLE JAB - 3 int. x 60 s (each)
ROW TO THE CHEST - 3 int. x 30 or 60 s (each)
PUNCH COMBINATION - 3 int. x 1 - 2 mins.
3-POINT PUSH - UP - 3 int. x 15 sec. (each)
