bag, you will burn 2 Calories for every 23kg of weight. So a 90kg man
boxing for 10 minutes will burn ( 80 Calories)
3 Boxing is a very variant type of
exercise, the harder you fit the bag and the frequency of your punches
will determine your calories burn rate. The more training and intensity
will increase the rate you burn calories, expect to reach about 4 or 5
calories per 23kg as you get more active.
